We BC schools and Prof. P. C. Thomas are associating to start a joint effort to train the students of our schools. We aim at creating and shaping our students to excel in entrance and other competitive exams.Our Goal is to develop Value Based Professionals in Medical and Engineering fields by providing Entrance focused XI/XII coaching.

It is an approach towards the concept of entrance with regular classes by introducing smart classes and other facilities including virtual learning. Both coaching will go in a parallel way helping the students acquire knowledge, understanding, application and skill in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,  and Biology. This program is specially designed for the students who join the classes for the 2016-2018 academic year.

 

ADMISSION

1. Students who are seeking admission for XI in Believers Church Mahatma Central School can download the application form from our school website The duly filled application form is to be submitted in our office along with 500/- or D.D in favour of Believers Church Mahatma Central  School payable at Kollam by post or by hand. Students/Parents can collect the application form directly from the School Office by paying Rs.500/- as cash and can collect the receipt.

2. Last date of submitting Application form is : 30th November 2015 (MONDAY)

3. Date of Admission(Provisional)                      : 28th to 31st December 2015

4. All the students who wish to apply for admission should fill the application form and submit with a copy of the mark list of FA1, FA2 and SA1 from previous school. Photo should be pasted as mentioned in the form.

5. Based on performance in the Board examination, candidate will be provisionally admitted. Soon after the declaration of X  results by respective Boards, candidates must meet Principal with a net copy of the results and finalize the group based on the board results.

Residential

Those who wish to apply for XI and entrance based tuition and coaching in BCRS School Hostels Thiruvalla, should apply for the school hostel on or before 30th November 2015.

Hostel admission will be based on Believers Church Schools Entrance Test (BCSET) at Believers Church Coaching Centre, Near believers Church Residential School Kuttappuzha Thiruvalla. BCSET Application form and Selection Test are free of cost. The application can be downloaded from the website or can be collected directly from school office/Prof. P C Thomas Classes/Centers

1. We are looking for

a. Students who are focusing on All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIPMT) – Group I.

b. Students who are aiming at IIT (JEE Mains & JEE Advanced) – Group II.

2. All students who pass out from the 10th Std. is eligible for applying for admission to any of the above groups.

3. Admission will be given to one of the three groups on the basis of the marks obtained in the 10th Std Board Examination.

4. Last date of receiving BCSET Application form: 30/11/2015 (Kindly submit the application at the earliest).

5. Venue of the Written Test Examination: Believers Church Coaching Centre, Near Believers Church Residential School, Kuttapuzha, Thiruvalla.

6. Date of the Examination: 12-12-2015 ( Saturday).

7. Time of Examination: 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (Half an hour preparation & 3 hrs. Examination).

8. Subjects Group I: Physics (1 hr), Chemistry (1 hr), Biology (1 hr)

9. Subjects Group II: Physics (1 hr), Chemistry (1 hr), Maths (1 hr)

10. All students selected through the test and admitted to Believers Church Residential School will have to stay in the School hostels.

11. Type of questions: Objective type with one correct from four options. Three marks for correct answer and minus one mark for wrong answer.

12. Syllabus: 10th Std books of CBSE/ICSE/State board. There will be only one paper for CBSE/ICSE/ State Board students. The portions will be the common topics of 10th Std from the above text books.

13. Declaration of result in the website: 26/12/2015 (Saturday)

14. Number of Seats – Group I & Group II (hostel) : 200 (B) + 130 (G)

15. Date of Provisional Admission: 2015 December 28 to 31 (Monday to Thursday), At the time of provisional admission, the school fee for the first year to be given as advance payment.

16. Admission to the school will be done only after the 10th results are known.

17. Only those students who are prepared to do hard work need apply to Believers Church Mahatma Central School and join it, if selected.

18. P.C. Thomas Classes Entrance coaching will be conducted in the respective hostels outside school hours.

19. The filled application form is to be submitted in person to any Centre’s of Prof. P.C Thomas Classes, Vijayagiri School, Thrissur or Prof. P.C Thomas Classes, Believers Church Coaching Centre, Thiruvalla. And you will get the hall ticket with seal of the institution from the center where you submitted the application form.

Note:-

• The candidates who all are downloading BCSET online application ,can send the filled application form by post to the concerned schools .
• Hall ticket (with number ) will be issued from the test venues .
• Those who are submitting the online application form should report to the test centres 1 hour prior to the test.
• Two Pass port size photographs of the candidate to be brought at the entrance test.
